The stove itself seems fine so far, but putting it together was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The instructions felt unclear, like a few steps were just missing, and some of the pictures didn’t match what I was actually looking at. I ended up searching online and guessing more than I wanted to. When I tried to get help, it kind of felt like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but for something like this, I really expected better directions...

I’ve been using this on the patio for the past couple of weeks, mostly in the evenings after dinner, and it heats up well. It keeps the area warm enough on most nights for us to sit outside comfortably.

The stove works fine and heats up quickly, so that part is nice. I just kind of assumed it would hold onto the heat a little longer after the fire dies down, but apparently that was optimistic of me. It’s not awful or anything, and it does the job while it’s going, but the heat retention is average. I was just expecting a bit more, especially for something meant to keep a space warm

I really wanted to like this, but for the price, I just didn’t feel like I got enough value out of it. Maybe I’m missing something, but I kept wondering if I should’ve spent my money elsewhere. It’s not terrible, I just don’t feel confident saying it was worth it for me.

It moves around fine, but it feels heavier than I expected. My gut feeling is that it’s portable enough for occasional use, but not something I’d want to carry around all the time.

I used this once and the thin metal already bent after just one cook. it feels cheap and not worth the money. If this is the quality they’re putting out, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else next time.

I also noticed a few spots get way hotter than others, so you have to keep an eye on things. It’s not terrible, just not as smooth or reliable as I was hoping. 3 stars seems about right

I was already a little annoyed when the tracking said my order had been delivered, because it definitely wasn’t anywhere to be found. Frustrating to deal with this again.

I’ve been happy with this stove so far. The build feels really solid, and the metal parts are sturdy and fit together well—well, not perfect, but definitely good enough. I did notice one small weld that looked a little rough, but it doesn’t seem like anything to worry about.

I ended up returning it because it just wasn’t working out for me, and the return process was a little slower than I expected. I was checking the updates more than I probably needed to, mostly because I had ordered a replacement for something else around the same time and kept mixing up the tracking emails. The warranty did help though, which made the whole thing less frustrating than it could’ve been...

In the end, I just felt frustrated. It took days to get a response, and when they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer what I had asked. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but the lack of helpful answers made the whole thing feel harder than it needed to be.

I had a frustrating time ordering from the site. The pages were loading slowly, my cart kept changing, and then checkout showed an error after I entered my card info. I also never got a clear confirmation email, so I had to reach out to support just to figure out if the order went through. To be fair, support was polite and helped me check on it, but the whole process felt messy. Not the best first impression, and I’m not sure I’d order again

I bought a few accessories hoping they’d finally make using the stove a little easier, but it feels like the same issue all over again. Most of them ended up back in the box after a couple tries. A few just felt unnecessary, and I kept thinking, why did I spend extra money on this? Maybe they work better for other people, but for me they didn’t really add much. Just kind of tired of buying add-ons that don’t actually fix the problem.

Just a warning if you're thinking about buying this: the heat control is really frustrating. It keeps jumping around, and I can’t seem to get it set where I want it. Cooking ends up being way more annoying than it should be because I’m constantly fighting with the temperature instead of just making the food

I got this for my small patio, but it ended up taking up more space than I thought it would... The footprint is just a bit too big, and I had to move things around to even make it fit. Probably better for someone with a little more room

I wanted to like this, but getting it started was such a hassle. I followed the directions, tried a couple different starters, and still ended up standing there way longer than I should have, basically being forced to practice patience I did not sign up for.
